Even Venus Must Meet Her Endrasterized vector post-processed in Photoshop

I based this vector drawing on Sandro Botticelli's
Birth of Venus & Hans Christian Anderson's
Little Mermaid, merging the two characters into one. Venus was the Roman goddess of love, said to be born & brought out from the ocean. The Little Mermaid from Anderson's story traded her entire life in order to be with her love who lived on land, but he never recognized her, & she eventually traded life itself, to watch over him as the ocean foam beneath his boat. The koi fish in Japanese culture represent samurai ideals of unflinching courage in the face of imminent death.
